Mephisto Berkeley will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable, regular price merchandise for exchange or refund, when received by us within thirty (30) days of original shipping date to you. Please note: All returns must be pre-authorized! Authorization may be gotten by E-MAIL to: info@berkeleymephisto.com. Merchandise returns without pre-authorization will be refused. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our option. Returned items must be accompanied by the sales receipt. All returns should be sent to:
